SCC hosts Retirement Reception for 13 employees

Somerset Community College held a reception on Thursday, May 29, in the Citizens National Bank Community Room in the Harold Rogers Student Commons in honor of 13 members of the faculty and staff, who plan to retire during 2008.

Shown here from left to right are: Marilyn Kuhnapfel, a payroll assistant in the SCC Business Office; Pat Rucker, a professor in the Social Sciences Division; Lana McPheron, an administrative assistant in Academic Affairs; Nathan Meeks, a member of the Maintenance and Operations staff; Joelyn Prather, an assistant professor in Student Services; Ken Finley, a professor in the Transportation Division; Dexter Alexander, dean of Institutional Research; Brenda Saunders, a professor in the Social Sciences Division; Tim Conlin, a professor in the Transportation Division; and Rodney Patton, a professor in the Arts and Humanities Division. Those retiring, but not pictured include: Stewart Phillips, director of Program Facilitation; Joe Asher, a professor in the Transportation Division; and Larry Bunch, an assistant professor and counselor in Advising, Counseling and Career Planning.
